This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Velchat (“Velchat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may grant refunds for payments made on or through the Velchat platform. By making a purchase or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Velchat provides access to digital services and features, including premium functionalities, subscriptions, and other non-tangible digital goods. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access, all payments are generally considered final.

General No-Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all purchases and payments made on Velchat are non-refundable. Once access to digital services or features has been granted, it cannot be revoked in a way that allows resale or return. For this reason, refunds are not provided for changes of mind, dissatisfaction, unused time, accidental purchases, or failure to understand the service.

Exceptional Refunds

Velchat may, at its sole discretion, grant refunds in exceptional cases. Exceptional cases may include, but are not limited to, the following situations:

A verified technical error on the Velchat side that prevented access to a paid feature for a significant period of time. Duplicate charges caused by a confirmed billing error. Unauthorized transactions where the account holder demonstrates that the payment was not initiated by them and no benefit from the service was received.

Refunds will not be issued where the issue was caused by user error, device limitations, network conditions, third-party service outages, or violations of the Terms of Use.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact Velchat support within a reasonable time after the transaction, providing sufficient information to verify the payment and the reason for the request. This may include transaction identifiers, account details, and a description of the issue.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed individually, and decisions are made based on the circumstances, platform logs, and applicable policies.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Velchat support may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Velchat reserves the right to contest chargebacks and to provide relevant information to payment processors or financial institutions.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. Velchat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Currency and Fees

Refunds, where granted, are issued for the original purchase amount only. Transaction fees, processing fees, and currency conversion charges imposed by payment providers may not be refundable.

Account Termination and Refunds

Account suspension or termination due to violations of the Terms of Use does not entitle the user to a refund. Access to paid services may be revoked without compensation in such cases.

Changes to This Refund Policy

Velchat reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
