Welcome to Velchat. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Velchat website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). To operate the Service, you grant Velchat a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, and otherwise use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service, including content delivery, moderation, and technical optimization. This license continues for as long as your User Content is stored on the Service and ends when your User Content is deleted from the Service, except where continued storage is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, safety, or enforcement of these Terms.

Private Messages and Safety

Velchat includes messaging features intended to facilitate communication between users.
